According to a release from the Luxembourg Ministry of State, officials from Luxembourg and Montenegro signed an income tax treaty on 29 January 2024. The treaty is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged. Details of the treaty will be published once available.
