Tax Treaty between Oman and Rwanda Signed

On 8 September 2026, officials from Oman and Rwanda signed an income tax treaty. The treaty is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged. The signing was announced by the Oman Tax Authority via an X post. Details of the treaty will be published once available.
