According to a release from Uruguay's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, officials from Turkey and Uruguay signed an income tax treaty on 12 November 2024. The treaty is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged. Details of the treaty will be published once available.
