According to an update from the OECD, Thailand signed the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement on the Exchange of Country-by-Country Reports (CbC MCAA) on 9 December 2022. The Update also confirms that Ukraine signed the CbC MCAA on 3 November 2022.
