On 7 December 2013, a new set of anti-avoidance measures to combat tax fraud was published in the Official Journal. This new set of anti-avoidance measures contains a new transfer pricing (TP) legislation that includes a new requirement for large taxpayers to report annually an "abridged" version of their transfer pricing documentation.
