According to the news published in the Official Bulletin of 13 July 2012, Argentina terminated the Argentina - Spain Income and Capital Tax Treaty (1992), by means of a diplomatic note dated 29 June 2012. Under article 29 of the treaty, the treaty will cease to have effect on 1 January 2013.
