Treaty between Canada and Poland enters into force

On 30 October 2013, the Canada - Poland Income Tax Treaty (2012) entered into force. The treaty generally applies from 1 January 2014. From this date, the new treaty generally replaces the Canada - Poland Income and Capital Tax Treaty (1987).
