Treaty between Cyprus and former USSR – Ukraine unsuccessfully attempts to denounce treaty

On 17 December 2008, the Ukrainian Ministry of Finance made yet another attempt to denounce the Cyprus-former USSR income and capital tax treaty of 29 October 1982, which Ukraine and Cyprus currently apply in bilateral relations.
