The income and capital tax treaty and protocol between Turkey and Saudi Arabia, signed on 9 November 2007, entered into force on 1 April 2009 by way of Decree No. 2009/14951, published in the Official Gazette of 16 May 2009. The treaty generally applies from 1 January 2010.
