Tunisia has launched a new Tax Data Transfer and Exchange Platform (TEJ) for the purpose of creating and archiving withholding tax certificates, which must be used by taxpayers responsible for the withholding of personal income tax, corporate income tax, and value added tax. The procedures for the platform were established by the Order of the Ministry of Finance of 10 May 2024, published in the Official Gazette on 10 May 2024.
