U.K. Announces Upcoming Launch of VAT Mini One Stop Shop

The U.K. government has recently announced that registration for its VAT Mini One Stop Shop (MOSS) online service will be available from 20 October 2014. The online service is an optional scheme put in place for the upcoming changes in the EU place of supply rules for B2C supplies of telecommunications, broadcasting or e-services to consumers in EU Member States.
