UK Publishes Customs Mutual Assistance Agreements with Australia and Bahrain

On 13 October 2026, the UK Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office published the Agreements on Cooperation and Mutual Administrative Assistance in Customs Matters signed with Australia and Bahrain, which were signed on 23 June 2026. Both agreements will enter into force on the first day of the second month after the ratification instruments are exchanged and will generally apply from that date.
