UK Publishes Regulations for Implementation of DAC6 Reporting Requirements

The UK has published the International Tax Enforcement (Disclosable Arrangements) Regulations 2020, which provide for the implementation of Council Directive (EU) 2018/822 (DAC6) on reportable cross-border arrangements. The regulations were laid before the House of Commons on 13 January 2020 and will enter into force on 1 July 2020.
