According to an update from UK HMRC, the 1994 tax treaty with Russia will be suspended from 6 April 2025 for income tax and capital gains tax and from 1 April 2025 for corporation tax and all other taxes. This follows the suspension of substantially all material provisions of the treaty by Russia on 8 August 2023.
