The Ukraine Government has announced that effective 1 January 2019, the minimum monthly salary will be increased from UAH 3,723 to UAH 4,170. The increase affects the monthly employer social security contribution basis cap, which from 2018 is equal to 15 times the minimum monthly salary. With the increase in the minimum salary, the cap is accordingly increased from UAH 55,845 to UAH 62,550 for 2019.
