Ukraine Parliament Adopts Draft Law on Taxation of Income from Digital Platforms

Ukraine's Parliament, on 9 June 2026, adopted Draft Law No. 15111-d, which amends the Tax Code and other laws regarding the international automatic exchange of information on income received through digital platforms and the taxation of such income. The law was sent to the President for signature on 12 June 2026.
