On 20 March 2023, the Ukraine parliament approved the ratification of the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement on the Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information (MCAA), which Ukraine signed on 19 August 2022. The MCAA provides for the exchange of information under the OECD Common Reporting Standard (CRS). Ukraine intends to begin CRS exchange in September 2024.
