Ukraine's Transfer Pricing Rules Clarified

In order to clarify Ukraine's transfer pricing rules, the Ministry of Revenue and Duties in have made public Guidance Letter 6924/10/06.2-20. The guidance covers controlled transactions, related parties, and the reporting period.
