Albania has published Law No. 40 of 19 June 2019 in the Official Gazette, which provides for the ratification of the pending income and capital tax treaty with Saudi Arabia. The treaty, signed 6 February 2019, is the first of its kind between the two countries.
Taxes Covered
The treaty covers Albanian personal income tax, corporate profits tax, the tax on small business activities, and property tax. It covers Saudi Zakat and income tax, including the natural gas investment tax.
