Update - Italy Formally Postpones Administrative Handling Fee of Low Value Imports

Italy has published Law No. 152 of 7 August 2026 in the Official Gazette, which converted Decree-Law No. 107 of 26 June 2026 into law. This includes, among other things, the formal postponement of the administrative handling fee of EUR 2 on low value imports below EUR 150 to 1 October 2026. Law No. 152 entered into force on 21 August 2026.
