Update - Qatar Requiring Transfer Pricing Declaration with Tax Return

As previously reported, the Qatar General Tax Authority (GTA) has confirmed that taxpayers are required to submit a transfer pricing declaration with their tax return if exceeding a specified revenue or asset value, which is expected to be set at QAR 10 million.
