Update - Saint Lucia Amendment of Fiscal Incentives Act

The Saint Lucia Ministry of Commerce has issued a release providing additional information on amendments to the Fiscal Incentives Act that extended incentives to additional service sectors. The release includes the same sectors as previously reported and also notes that approved sectors qualify for exemption from customs duties and excise tax on plant, equipment, machinery, spare parts, raw materials, and components.
