The income tax treaty between Sri Lanka and Turkey was signed on 28 January 2022. The treaty is the first of its kind between the two countries.

Taxes Covered

The treaty covers Sri Lanka income tax, including the income tax payable as a percentage of turnover of enterprises that entered into agreements with the Board of Investment. It covers Turkish income tax and corporate tax.
