Update - Tunisia Ministerial Order on New Preferential Tax Regime Blacklist

Following confirmation with Tunisia's tax administration, it has been clarified that the reference to "Europe" in the recently published preferential tax regime blacklist ({News-2019-04-11/A/4-previous coverage}) should have referred to "Aruba".
