On September 26, 2025, the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) announced the threshold for wave 24 taxpayers who must integrate their e-invoicing solutions with the Fatoora platform by June 30, 2026.
This group includes taxpayers whose VAT-subject revenues exceeded 375,000 SAR (approximately 85,000 EUR) during 2022, 2023, or 2024.
ZATCA will notify all taxpayers who fall within the scope of this phase.
